New Business Team Member

Base: Northallerton

Role: Full time, permanent (would consider PT/Job share with colleagues)

Salary: £16,500 per annum, 20 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays

Kingly Solicitors (incorporating Coles Solicitors) is a leading national law firm with 14 offices staffed by lawyers devoted to providing a professional and modern experience on a comprehensive range of legal services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Business Team Assistant to join our 4-strong team, based in the Northallerton office of Coles Solicitors. You will be taking calls from clients enquiring about our services, providing quotes for residential conveyancing matters, making appointments for clients who wish to meet with our Solicitors and making calls to existing clients to gather feedback on the services we provide.

A competitive salary is offered together with 20 days holiday per year.

Office Assistant/ Legal Secretary for Residential Conveyancing

Base: Harrogate

Role: Full time

Salary: £18-22k per annum, 20 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays

Kingly Solicitors (incorporating Coles Solicitors) is a leading national law firm with 14 offices staffed by lawyers devoted to providing a professional and modern experience on a comprehensive range of legal services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant/Legal Secretary to join our Harrogate office within the Residential Conveyancing Team.

The department deals with a broad spectrum of work including: Sales and Purchases; First Registrations; Transfers of Equity; Leasehold and Freehold; Right to Buy; Buy to Let; Registered and Unregistered; Re-mortgage; Equity Release.

  • Previous experience of working in a law firm, an estate agent or in a property related job
  • Lively and engaging personality with a friendly telephone manner
  • Professionally presented
  • Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred Degree level education
  • Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English

The ideal candidate will also be keen to participate in networking, business marketing and development ideas that will complement our high-profile marketing strategy.
