Legal Secretary – Private Client

Base:  York                                                                   Role: Full time (Permanent)

Experienced Private Client secretary required for our York office. The role will involve providing support to two part time fee earners including document production, audio typing, dealing with clients together with some general admin, such as photocopying, filing, scanning, printing and archiving files and some reception duties.

Professional appearance, excellent communication skills including written and spoken English and good understanding of IT, including Microsoft office products essential.

• £19,000 – £21,000 per annum depending on experience
• 24 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays
• Authorised overtime payments

• Post preparation and delivery to Post Office
• Electronic and physical filing (paper-lite systems)
• Cash handling and financial recording
• Audio typing on our digital dictation systems

Commercial Solicitor

Base: Northallerton / Stockton-on-Tees                        Role: Full time or Part Time

We are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join our team – based at either our Head Office at Northallerton or  our office in Stockton. We currently have a strong presence in Commercial Property and are looking for a lawyer to complement these services and provide legal advice to our business clients.

2+ years PQE – Competitive salary – 24 days holiday per year
